Return

Make sure the product is eligible for return, according to the conditions below.
We accept returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Make sure that the product has not been used, has retained its original appearance, has not been washed, has no traces of stains or perfume, has retained its original packaging, and has all labels and tags in place.
All additional postage costs associated with the return are borne by the buyer.
The seller bears the postage costs for defective goods.
Returns or exchanges are carried out by the Nova Poshta service.

Funds transfer

The refund will be made after we receive the goods. The time for the funds to be credited to your account is 7-14 business days.
The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made.
